Do your people know how to work with AI?

Or are they just feeling their way — alone and unsupported?

Alvio helps HR teams put Microsoft Copilot to work in their own Microsoft 365 tenant: Copilot agents your people use every day, and the training to use them well.

This is what an HR team that knows how to work with AI looks like.

Requests in Teams

Staff ask for leave, an expense refund, a certificate or travel approval directly in Teams. The agent captures the request into Dataverse and routes it to the right person.

Handbook and policies

An agent that answers questions about the staff handbook and policies from your own SharePoint documents. Every answer cites its source, so people can trust it.

New hires

An assistant that walks new employees through their first weeks: what to do, who to meet, where things are. HR owns the content, the agent answers at any hour.

Microsoft 365 Copilot in Word, Outlook and Teams

Job adverts, interview preparation and performance-review drafts in a fraction of the time. With Microsoft Purview, HR data stays inside your own tenant.

AI literacy is an HR matter.

Not an IT project. Not a legal project. Yours.

  • AI literacy is a workforce obligation under the EU AI Act. It is about whether people understand what the tool does, where it fails, and what to escalate. That is training and role design, not a system setting. We train it at three levels as part of every build.
  • HR data is sensitive personal data. So Microsoft Purview classification and data loss prevention come first. HR decides what the agent may see. IT enforces it.
  • AI that makes or materially influences recruitment, promotion or termination decisions is treated as high-risk under the EU AI Act. An assistant that answers questions or captures requests is not. Which one you build is HR's design choice, and we make it with you.

An example.

An HR request agent for an Icelandic retail group: about 25 request types across eight Dataverse tables, one front door for staff in Teams.

Questions HR teams ask first.

Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses for everyone?

No. Copilot Studio agents run on Copilot Studio capacity, which your tenant may already have. Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses are needed only for the people who use Copilot inside Word, Outlook and Teams. We map this on the Spark Day.

Can the agent see salary data?

Only if you decide it should. Access follows Microsoft Entra permissions and Microsoft Purview classification. By default the agent sees nothing the user cannot already see.

Where does the data go?

Nowhere outside your tenant. Everything runs in your own Microsoft 365, under your identities and settings. Nothing goes to Alvio or a third party.

How long until something works?

One day. The Spark Day delivers two or three working agents. A production version with policy, training and controls takes weeks, not months.

Who maintains it after you leave?

You do. A named owner from your team is in from day one, builds with us and takes the handover. Advisory support afterwards is available on request.
