Alvio's conformity statement.
This is Alvio's EU AI Act conformity statement, published for the audit committees, data-protection officers and procurement teams who ask. It sets out which obligations apply to us, how we meet them, how we measure compliance, and what we do when we find a gap. Updated quarterly.
First publication: Q3 2026.
The first complete conformity statement is published once Alvio crosses its first delivered Sprint engagement and the measurement report template is locked. Target: Q3 2026.
What it will contain: six sections, plainly written.
- Scope. Which AI Act obligations apply to Alvio as a provider, deployer, and processor.
- Article 4 — literacy. How our own people meet the literacy standard; how we close it for every engagement.
- Article 50 — transparency. How we disclose AI use inside Alvio, and how we configure disclosure into the capabilities we deploy.
- Risk classification. Where each AI capability sits in the AI Act's risk taxonomy.
- Controls. Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for AI, Microsoft Entra; AI Acceptable Use policy; incident response runbook.
- Gaps & review. Quarterly review log: what changed, what we found, what we fixed.
