First publication: Q3 2026.

The first complete conformity statement is published once Alvio crosses its first delivered Sprettur engagement and the measurement report template is locked. Target: Q3 2026.

// What it will contain

Six sections, plainly written.

  1. Scope. Which AI Act obligations apply to Alvio as a provider, deployer, and processor.
  2. Article 4 — literacy. How our own people meet the literacy standard; how we close it for every engagement.
  3. Article 50 — transparency. How we disclose AI use inside Alvio, and how we configure disclosure into the capabilities we deploy.
  4. Risk classification. Where each AI capability sits in the AI Act's risk taxonomy.
  5. Controls. Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for AI, Microsoft Entra; AI Acceptable Use policy; incident response runbook.
  6. Gaps & review. Quarterly review log: what changed, what we found, what we fixed.
