Alvio's AI inventory.

A public list of every AI capability used inside Alvio. Purpose, data classification, risk classification under the EU AI Act, controls in place, and an owner per entry. Updated quarterly.

First publication: Q3 2026.

Alvio is in operating-build phase. The first complete AI inventory is published once the firm crosses its first customer engagement and the controls memo template is locked. Target: Q3 2026.

In the meantime, the inventory we maintain internally covers: Microsoft 365 Copilot (work-account licensed), Copilot Studio agents (in-development, none in production), Azure OpenAI deployments (for prototyping during Kveikja days), and a small set of third-party AI assistants used for research and writing. All are classified low-risk under the EU AI Act, all run under organisational accounts, and none touch customer data outside an explicit engagement.
